flavours: food, craft beer and wine festival returns to Port Colborne

PORT COLBORNE --flavours is back! After a one year hiatus, the City of Port Colborne is bringing their food, craft beer, and wine festival back in a big way.

To be held at HH Knoll Lakeview Park, Port Colborne, Ontario, on June 27 an 28, flavours will feature the best of Niagara’s culinary delights. With 15 unique food vendors, 5 craft breweries, and 5 wineries, flavours has something for everyone.


Food vendors include Country Corner Market, Eh Jose, Georgia’s Grill, Hot off the Grill, Sub and Sandwich Factory, The Smokin’ Buddha, Kool Kats, Young’s Catering, Gorilla Cheese, Minor Fisheries, Chocolate Expressions, Canuck Pizza Truck, Churchhill Meats, Brewster’s Salt Water Taffy, and The Authentic Belgian Waffle Company. 


Craft Breweries include Brimstone Brewing Co., Wellington Brewery, Silversmith Brewing Company, and Beau’s All Natural Brewing Company.

Wineries include Stratus Vineyards, Calamus Estate Winery, Sue-Ann Staff Estate Winery, Reif Estate Winery, and as a special treat, Ironwood Hard Cider.

While enjoying the delicious foods and beverages flavours has to offer, guests will also be delighted by some talented, local entertainment. Musicians include Gatorbait, Sister Act, Jonesy, The Reverend Blues, Groovy Food, and Big John T-Bone Little.

flavours has a no pet policy. Please leave pets at home for the safety of all. Service animals are permitted

  1. Wow, I am so happy to know about this food, craft beer and wine festival! We just shifted here from Seattle. You know we used to attend various food and wine fests at the local event venues Seattle. I hope these events will also be enjoyable!
