MEDIA INFORMATION:
Has someone on your shopping list asked for...
Lions, Tigers and Bears?
OH MY!
Why not throw in a zebra and gorilla too? Give the gift of 5,000 animals 364 days a year with a Zoo Membership. It is the perfect gift for that hard to buy for family member!
CUTE ALERT:
Two of the newest Zoo residents, Millie and Arthur, orphaned Southern hairy-nosed wombats are now on exhibit. The two wombats were transferred from the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago. Wombats are fascinating creatures and we are excited to welcome Millie and Arthur to their new home in the
Australasia Pavilion.
Mom Shani and dad Shaka are the proud parents to a baby Grevy's zebra- and it's a girl! Shakira was born on October 9, 2012 and is the couple's fourth foal together. Come out to visit our newly striped family member on exhibit in the African Savanna!
